DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the South:
I-95 north to exit 318 (SR16) take right towards St. Augustine (7 Miles)  past  rail road tracks to US 1
Take right on US1 (3 Mile) to Grove Ave  (street before second stop light just after the village Inn Restaurant)
Take left on Grove Ave, past first stop sign.   23 and 25 Grove are about 5 houses past the stop sign on the right

From the North:
